Welcome to The Lotus Center. By accessing our services, scheduling appointments, or opting into our automated notification channels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Scheduling

The Lotus Center provides therapeutic massage, reiki treatments, and integrated wellness bodywork. Please note that online scheduling is not available. Appointments must be scheduled exclusively via direct phone call to our office at (518) 993-9904. We reserve the right to modify service pricing or alter open availability slots as operating requirements dictate.

2. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms

The Lotus Center operates an automated text messaging program to provide essential operational updates directly to our clients.

📌 Important System Notice: All automated text messages will be sent from (518) 284-4102. This number belongs exclusively to the Lotus Center's appointment, reminder, and receipt system and does not accept incoming voice calls. To call or reach us by phone, please always use our main line at (518) 993-9904.

Program Description: Messages include transactional appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, arrival check-in instructions, and direct status updates regarding your phone-scheduled sessions.
User Opt-In: Clients explicitly opt into this system by providing a mobile phone number and cell carrier routing details to our staff during phone registration, or by texting the keyword START, JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE to our number.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies dynamically based entirely on the number of appointments you book, reschedule, or cancel via phone call.
Rates Disclaimer: Message and data rates may apply. Your cellular provider's standard rates for text messages and data usage will apply to all interactions.
Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. How to Opt-Out or Get Help

We make controlling your notification settings simple and immediate:

To Opt-Out / Unsubscribe: Reply STOP to any text message received from us. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and our automated messaging system will immediately stop sending text alerts to your device.
To Request Help: Reply HELP to any text message received, or contact our support team directly at (518) 993-9904 for manual system adjustments.

4. Privacy Integration

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, and personal client intake data are strictly handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain a strict zero-sharing infrastructure; text messaging tracking metrics are never sold, rented, or shared with external third-party marketing networks.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Lotus Center is not responsible for missed appointments due to technical failures, delivery delays from your cellular provider, or incorrect contact metrics stored within your user profile.
